Our Range of Non Destructive Testing Services

Pipeline Inspection

Our Pipeline Inspection services employ cutting-edge non-destructive testing techniques to detect corrosion, leaks, and structural defects, ensuring pipelines remain safe, compliant, and efficient throughout their operational life.

Tank Inspections

Tank Inspections utilise advanced non-destructive testing methods to assess the integrity of storage tanks, identifying issues such as corrosion, leaks, and structural weaknesses to ensure safe and reliable operation in compliance with industry standards.

Eddy Current Testing

Eddy Current Testing (ECT) is a non-destructive method that uses electromagnetic induction to detect surface and near-surface defects in conductive materials, providing precise, efficient, and reliable inspection results for various industries.

Dye Penetrant Inspection

Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) is a non-destructive testing method that uses liquid dyes to detect surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials, such as cracks, leaks, and welding flaws, ensuring accurate and cost-effective inspections.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) uses magnetic fields and particles to detect surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials, providing precise, efficient inspections of components like welds, castings, and forgings.

Ultrasonic Testing

We offer Ultrasonic Testing (UT), a non-destructive testing method that uses high-frequency sound waves to detect subsurface flaws, measure material thickness, and ensure the integrity of components across various industries.

Hydro Testing

Hydro Testing, or Hydrostatic Testing involves filling a component with water or another liquid to pressurise it, detecting leaks, structural weaknesses, and verifying the integrity and safety of pipelines, tanks, and pressure vessels.

Phased Array inspection

Phased Array Inspection is an advanced ultrasonic testing technique that uses multiple sound beams to detect, size, and characterize defects in materials, providing detailed and precise inspection data for complex structures such as welds, pipelines, and pressure vessels.

SLOFEC (Saturated Low Frequency Eddy Current)

SLOFEC (Saturated Low-Frequency Eddy Current) is an advanced inspection technique combining magnetic flux leakage and eddy current testing to detect and size surface and subsurface defects in ferromagnetic materials, offering precise and reliable assessments of pipelines, tanks, and other critical structures.

MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage)

Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) is a non-destructive testing method that uses magnetic fields to detect surface and subsurface defects in ferromagnetic materials, such as corrosion, cracks, and wall thinning, providing accurate assessments of pipelines, storage tanks, and other metal structures.

EMAT (Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer)

Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer (EMAT) is an advanced ultrasonic testing method that generates sound waves without direct contact, using electromagnetic fields to detect flaws, corrosion, and thickness variations in conductive materials, ideal for inspecting pipelines, welds, and other metal structures.

Vacuum Box Testing

Vacuum Box Testing is used to detect leaks and welding defects in pressure-retaining structures by creating a vacuum over the test area, allowing bubbles to form when defects are present, providing a reliable and visual inspection for tanks, pipes, and other welded components.

Ferrite Testing

Ferrite Testing measures the ferrite content in stainless steel and duplex welds to ensure proper phase balance, mechanical properties, and resistance to corrosion, cracking, and other failures, critical for maintaining the quality and performance of welded structures.

Radiographic Inspection

Radiographic Inspection uses X-rays or gamma rays to detect internal flaws, such as cracks, voids, and inclusions, in materials and welded components, providing detailed images that reveal hidden defects in pipelines, castings, and structural assemblies.

PMI (Positive Material Identification)

Positive Material Identification (PMI) is used to verify the chemical composition of metals and alloys, ensuring that the correct materials are used in critical components by detecting alloy grades and elemental composition in pipelines, welds, and other metal structures.
